A block of rooms is being held for the MCMLA 2008 Meeting at the
Holiday Inn, Cody, Wyoming for the dates of October 3-7, 2008. Please use our toll free number to make your reservations:

code (MLA) assigned to your group when making reservations. All individuals should be advised that one night’s lodging guarantee, in the form of a major credit card or cash payment is required to be on hand at the Holiday Inn prior to issuance of a confirmation number.
You will NOT be able to receive the pre-arranged group rate online,
or through the chain National toll- free numbers, so please call to make your reservations. You may begin to make reservations anytime. The block of rooms reserved for your group will remain in the computer system until September 17, 2008 (or until such time as the full block of rooms has been sold to convention attendees, whichever comes first).
Please make reservations prior to September 17, 2008, as the hotel will not guarantee room availability after that date. Check in is at 3 pm; Check Out is required prior to 12:00 Noon.
Those attendees requiring a later check out must clarify with the hotel front desk manager; requests will be based on availability. Check out may be extended to 1pm. Check out after that time will be subject to one night’s additional lodging.
